Joe Rice Memorial Car Show, Sunday, August 13, 2023
Joe was a recent graduate of Winnebago High School in Winnebago Illinois. He died in November by suicide. Teacher Leslie Hope is hosting a car show in his honor in August in honor of his memory and to raise funds for a Scholarship in his name. Pre-register for $10 by August 1st , after that or day of will be $15.
