Rose Bortolussi

Rose has been a passionate Jeeper since purchasing her 2010 Wrangler and building it the way she wanted. She has one son and 2 granddaughters.  She has been married since 2001 to her right-hand man, fellow Jeeper and personal mechanic.  She is known to travel several hours to attend Jeep events at off-road parks when not driving around her property with her granddaughters.  Her support for the suicide prevention and mental health awareness started with the death of her nephew-in-law, grew when she helped calm a young lady poised to jump off the bridge near her workplace, was solidified when a fellow Jeeper stopped on that same bridge and there was no one to stop her.  As soon as she heard that news, she scoured her membership list of her Jeep groups looking for that Jeepers name, to not find it.  She and a few others knew that Jeepers have hearts of gold and that we look out for each other and if we had known the owner of that Mango Tango Jeep maybe they could have helped.  For Rose, that event was the call to action she needed, she could no longer stand idly by.
